Wbdcl — amount deducted but bill not adjusted.

I have made a online payment (For the month of feb 18 to may18) on 23rd feb 2018 for 3765.71/- via bill desk payment gateway, for wbsedcl. Amount got debited from my bank account but still showing payment remains in pending stage in wbsedcl portal. So later again i made payment

Now, how can i get my money back in my account.
Unsucessful transaction id is m2018022120440527140167536. Please help me.
