Wbstc Bus Stc — conductor cheated

WB19D8372/AIRPORT-TOLLYGUNJ On 13/08/2017...when i was going to get down from the bus alone, i collected my ticket from the conductor... i gave him 100rupee note but he returned only 10 rupees i asked him about this he said, that i told him to give me ticket of 2 person but I was alone. I told him repeatedly to refund me but he said this can't be refunded.
