Complaint already filed with National Consumer Helpline
I placed a prepaid order with Wear Your Words (wearyourwords.in) on 8 January 2026 for ₹1, 899.05.
The order was shipped via Delhivery but the courier recorded incorrect delivery remarks and the parcel was returned to the seller. Tracking shows the parcel was delivered back to the merchant on 23 January 2026.
Despite multiple emails requesting a refund, the company has not responded or issued a refund.
I have now filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and initiated a UPI dispute with my bank. I request the company to process the refund immediately. Was this information helpful? |
