Web Tech — captcha work from home fraud

Sir, i have received a call saying that it's a work from home opportunity and it's captcha work at least 9000 should be done and when he spoke he didn't mention anything about 5000 penalty if we do not reach he said i will get a confirmation call in few mins just agree and don't ask them any questions and later he asked me to send sasha details even before the call n then work will start immediately n he asked me to download two apps which he said is related to work he took my full signature and location too from that app and he said its useful for you in case we don't pay you and this is genuine company.. Later when i searched on the net i found the complaints that what all he said and it's fraud so i have decided to take back my decision and they said it cannot be and even if you want to cancel pay 5000 and cancel otherwise you will have to go to court and pay the fine that they say it can be 2-3 lakhs still i said i ll complaint on your company that you are cheating and i disconnected. They sent an email with a promising note with my signature and address. Please look into this matter and kindly close down that company which is troubling many job seekers.
