Hello sir, My name is SIDDHANT SATYEN MEHTA from Mumbai, Maharashtra Actually sir I was search of home job and one of a person called me and they said captcha typing work we have to complete within 10 days so I agreed then they told for adharcard front side and back side photo to send on WhatsApp I sent and after that the boy said sign on plan paper and said nothing that this is agreement and all after sign he said to uninstall the app after that I called company that he is doing fraud and company declines my call and said after
that okeave the work and not reply from them so I left it and company said leave it now after 10 days their advocate call me and told that you have not completed work then you have to pay the panelty of 5000 otherwise you have to come in latur court
I was shocked. Then the day after they send me SMS from QP-LEGALD as we advocate associate has sent you intimation emailbin your registered email on behalf of WEBTECH company and they day after one more SMS from QP-LEGALD as under section 420 you need to clear the dues of company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further and yesterday they again SMS me from QP-LEGALD as your internal case[protected] has been listed on 26/08/2019 for proceeding then I called on helpline no to send their company address they told to email on their helpline email I'd I said OK then I mailed to helpline email I'd to send their company address they told this company is sole proprietor company so we don't share address and all and today I got email on my email I'd that tech company has submitted your file in our advocate firm to start legal procedure under Indian Contract Act 1872. As per my client you have violated the terms & condition of agreement. your notice has been issued under 73%74 kindly submit your final statement in our advocate m associate firm or clear the outstanding dues to resolve this issue reply back to us within 7 days
