[Resolved]  Webastral Infotech — Complaint regarding company fraud

I was working in a company named as "Webastral Infotech" located at D-151, 3rd floor, Ind Area, Phase 8, Mohali. I was very good employee there. I left this company on 12 December 2013. I gave my resignation/notify them, 22 days before I left this company. The reason of my resignation was their fake promise. Mr. Amrik Puri, the owner of this company promised me to give appraisal in November 2013, but I did not get any appraisal. This company cheated me, and also forced to take back my resignation and promise to give appraisal in December again. But they did not give this and cheat me again. Finally I decided to left this company. I had completed my 1 year contract with this company on November 5th 2013. This company is also using my named oDesk id. This company gives salary every month on 10th. I got my November month salary, but not get of my last 13 days salary of December month. My salary was 18000/month in this company. My 13 days salary becomes Rs.9, 000. I have called them many time, but they haven't respond me. This is a big amount for me. My family is dependent on me. Please help me and I request you take a legal action against this company. The owner name is Amrik Puri. This company has already cheated with other employees.
