Webcom — website and app project

This #webcom is a fraud company. We handed over the project to them in the month of november 2016. It was a car rental website and mobile apps project. They promised us to handover the project within 3 months. However, they are highly incompetent and unreliable. It's been around 1 year and the project is still far from completion.

While taking the project, they promised everything, however after handing over the project to them, they slowly started denying the agreed functions. Somedays back they denied a large potion of their committed project saying that it was not agreed. However, seeing that we at least get a minimum viable product from them and having left with no other option, we agreed and requested them to handover at least the basic functionalities.

However, suddenly they stopped responding our calls and emails. Mr. Avinash sharma (Business head) who was the point of contact has stopped responding to our calls. Its been more than 2 months, we have called him more than 100 times but he never receives the calls.

Their other numbers also do not respond to our calls. They have blocked our admin panel without informing us and all our data is now locked with them.

This is not only a non reliable company/people. But they are no less than a fraud/scam. We have made them 70% of the payment which is 10% more than the agreed payment. But these people have not been able to hand over us the product with even the basic functionalities so far.

We have made a payment of more than 3 lacs inr. We have the detailed records of the mail conversation with this company. I will make a document of all such email and post it soon, so that other people can save themselves from falling into the false commitments of their sales people. All the commitments made by this company are false and baseless.

We are going to file a legal case against this fraudulent company very soon.
