This company is a totaly fraud company for employment. It hires and fires employees on daily and monthly basis.Only 6-7 employees works for this company but the boast it as 20-25 employees work for it. First they will never give you offer letter with mentioning CTC and incentives it will be on oral or on mail which has no credibilit. Once you join this company their actual game starts. They will force you to sign an appointment letter which will compel you to become their bonded labour as their appointment letter clearly states you cannot work for similar company for the next 2-3 years. They have leverage to fire an employee any time without any concrete reason.I come to knew this fraud 6-7 employee company hired and fired 20-25 employees including me in last 1-2 year and ruined their entire career. The two [protected]@stards owner ravi and amit are very egoistic person. i came to knew via their employee was working from last two three years. he cautioned me, not to join this fraud company but i didn't hear him. I came from very humble family. I joined this organization with lot of hope.but I did a biggest mistake in my life to join this company. Now my entire career is ruined by these ######. I joined this company because they showed me the dreams of career growth and increment on performance so I decided to join it.Just after joining this organization they forced me to sign a agreement letter which makes you nothing but a bonded labour. If you work for this company for few months you will be useless for any other company as their product and services is like that, it experience will count no where. And you have to sign a clause in agreement letter with clause you cannot join the similar company for the next 2-3 years, whether you resign or they fires you. this clause is actually a tool to finish your career.
both owner of this company are brainless specially the Golu Goyal. he is absolute cutiya. I regret after joining this company as i see they fire their employees like they are bakras or murgis for no reason. Beware of their Half minded HR who makes bad jokes and tendency to ridicule people. she harrassed me a lot in front of every one in the company but i never reacted many times. But some times i opposed when the limit was crossed and you know what happened she made wrong allegation on me ki maine uske saath badtmiji ki hei. and these brainless jokers fired me without even refering or litsening to other employees.
these owners have lot of attitude problem and they can fire u just if you do a single argument. I am still searching for job even after 5 months. I know one person who they fired again 1-2 year back not able to join any company till now.
bhaiyon agar apne hathon apna carreer barbad karna chahte ho tabhi yeh company join karna warna mat karna.
