[Resolved]  Webxonic — Salary settlement

Hi, My name is Jagadeesh. Me and my wife have been working in a company called Webxonic as SEO Consultant and Content Writer respectively. On Jan 1st 2014, I had intimated the CEO of the Company, Asif, that we may not be coming to office and will be taking leave for that day. He messaged back not to return back and take leave permanently as to say resign. Apparently, I have sent him my resignation through SMS. Later, as he requested to hand over the responsibilities to my piers, I had worked for 2 more weeks, and my wife worked for 4 weeks. On the day of relieving, they forcefully made me sign on NDA (without the signatures of witness and MD) in the fear of me grabbing their clients, promising to settle my salary after the signature. From the day of relieving our services, they are not humble in making the settlement of our salaries. I have to get my salary for one and half month and my wife should get salary for one month. As the company has terminated me for the reasons very silly and unknown, they owe me an extra month salary. Added to that, We had no formalities such as offer letter, appointment letter... but have salary account, and company mail ID. I tried reaching the company's accountant who promised to settle the amount, in vain, he talks to us in a rude manner. We want this settled ASAP. Thanks Jagadeesh.
