Wedding Clouds — cheating by taking money and cancelled the shoot

Wedding clouds is the photographer link in Wedmegood.com from where i booked.

But he cancelled my shoot just 10hours before the shoot. He left me with no option.

Took 5000rs advance from us almost one month back and blocked our time nd without informing anything when we contacted one day before the shoot he cancelled it.

After asking for more then 100times and saying i will take legal action against yoi he had transferred only 2000rs.

I will need a strict action against him and also he have to pay me more than double of what i have paid because he had done a cheating against us and leaving us with no option.
