[Resolved]  Knots and Vows — Unacceptable delay in services!

Invest in them only if you have no issues in having your album delivered after 6 months of your wedding day. If you have no issues in having BAD coordination with the photographers who are going to click the most imp day of your life!

My experience with them was EXTREMELY traumatic to say the least. I got married on February 15, 2013 and I am still waiting for one of my two albums (the other album was delivered last week) The person I coordinated with had no interest WHATSOEVER in the project, even though I coughed up a good 80K for photography and cinematography. Once u book them, u wait. And den u wait some more. But they don't get back to u, unless u eventually call them. U can expect a reply or a call back only after 3-4 emails and/or phone calls being made to them. And when u get all agitated since u are not receiving a proper correspondence and finally resort to a stinker (hoping at least THAT might get you a reply)... you get a nasty revert from them saying they don't wish to communicate further and all the deliverables will be taken care of by another person!

I had also booked them for my pre wed shoot. I did not know if the shoot was confirmed until the previous night (I was told I will be informed about it. But nobody did so.) In spite of sending around 3-4 emails, making half a dozen calls, I hadn't received a reply to any of those. Finally, I was told at around 9 pm that it would happen d following day and we were asked to meet their team at 3 30 pm. V reached the venue only to know that the photographer was late. They reached at 4 45 pm. The venue I wanted for my pre wed shoot had shut down by then and we had to make do with d surrounding area instead.

Editing : U would only get to see the photos with impeccable editing, touching stories/lines and other 'surreal things' on their Facebook page or on their website. TRUST me, u would not find ANY of it when u actually invest in them. In fact i had to visit their office three times because evidently, their incompetent staff had failed to edit the photos and incorporate all the changes I had asked them to.(EVERY single time) Twice, their system broke down and they lost the data they had worked up on(?!)

I spoke to their senior person and he apologised for all the delay and offered to make it up some way, but seriously, u can do very little to make up for a delay in delivering sum1's wedding album. After 6 months...Especially if you consider urself to be one of the best photographers around. Their service may have been different in the past with other clients, but i[censored] ask me, they clearly cannot manage the workload or are plain incompetent in the service part! "Either way guys, a big, BIG put off for sum1 who trusted in you and gave you their wedding assignment, hoping you would make their wedding day that much more special."

No doubt, I got carried away with all the glitz on their Facebook page.. but, alas, all that glitters is not gold!

Would I ever recommend you guys to anyone? Not after all this, I won't!

The issue has been resolved by Knots & Vows. The problem had been caused by a hard disk malfunction, which they now take care by doing multiple backups on multiple hard disks & other data management processes . The Team has been very apologetic for the delay and have also compensated for the delay caused.

same experience. i am still in trauma. they lost my wedding pics and videos . can u imagine? i have no proof of my marriage, thats the height o[censored]nprofessional ism. i would always regret my decision of booking these ppl.
