This is regarding fraud, dubious & cheat wedlockmarriage.com. This happened sometime in april, 16 when i was looking for suitable groom details for my sister in matrimonial ad section of times of india. It said (Attached 1) with email id [protected]@gmail.com & contact no.[protected]. After contacting, the lady introduced herself as ritika sharma & the boy's details were given by her company wedlockmarriage.com. She then sent more groom details along with one mentioned in toi through her email id [protected]@gmail.com.In reply, i sent my sister's profile. She said most of them have liked my sister's profile & their contact details can be divulged only after registering with them. There organisation will act as mediator before arranging the meeting between the parties. Reg. Fees were as follows..6mnths-rs5000 & lifetime-rs7500. I checked their website as well, (With contact no. S [protected] & [protected] & add.:c-1/12, first floor, sector-2, vashi, opp green city showroom, navi mumbai-400703.) which looked genuine with one of their offices in vashi, navi mumbai plus she would call me every day to register with them. After depositing, they didn't pick up my calls & stopped responding. After surfing internet, i came across similar problems faced by customers for yash matrimony. Their grievances were similar to mine. To confirm the same, i went to their vashi, navi mumbai office. The neighbouring shops told me that the said shop moved out almost 2years back & there were others as well who were cheated, came looking for their office.
I know that chances of me getting my money is next to nil but i don't want others to fall for the same. Still today, same ad is coming in toi matrimonial section. If this platform where i'm addressing my grievances is effective then the concerned authority would immediately ban this website & refrain toi & other newspapers from submitting their ad. After going through the dates of customers grievances regarding yash matrimony, it's clear that this is no ordinary one time thing but a big racquet involving many people being run for almost 4years now. Hope justice prevails.
