At the outset, i take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am the founder and chief strategist of business trajectory llp based out of mumbai.

Our company specialises in online publish and media services (Opms) and online business news, besides offering integrated brand communication and social media marketing tools for start-up companies in india.

As a measure of last resort, i am constraint to write to you regarding a piquant situation which cropped up in last couple of days.

The bone of contention is that as per the signed agreement, wefly indoor skydiving llp is required to pay business trajectory for carrying out social media, content marketing and media management services for the period (June 21-august 15, 2016) which stands at rs 1, 51, 000 (Excluding service tax (@15%).

It includes payment for the month of june 21-july 31, 2016 (Rs 95, 000), besides rs 47, 500 for the period august 1-15, 2016, and rs 3, 500 towards designing of wefly’s corporate logo.
Wefly indoor skydiving llp had legally entered into a contractual service agreement with vidyut kumar ta, founder and chief editor of business trajectory on june 21, 2016 with a monthly assignment fee of rs 95, 000 excluding service tax (@15%), which was agreed upon by mr. Amit patel, founder & partner, wefly indoor skydiving llp.

Further, the agreed date of the monthly assignment payment was on 10th of every month. However, the payment agreed upon by wefly indoor skydiving llp hasn’t been made as per the agreement till date.

The failure to pay as per the june 21, 2016 contract amounts to breach of contract. I have also sent a mail to mr. Amit patel, founder and partner of wefly indoor skydiving llp yesterday and today as a reminder of the payment due. However, mr. Patel failed to respond as he continues to turn his back and cast aspersions & personal remarks, which for me, holds to water.

I also take this opportunity to make a humble submission to you that decision to withdraw our professional services to wefly indoor skydiving llp was taken, which is purely based on the market reports of the ‘wayward’ reputation of its founder for being a ‘wilful defaulter’ of payment to clients, non-accessibility and throw vague excuses, only to elude from making payments.

Business trajectory is an established media entity in india, and does not subscribe or associate with businesses or personalities whose market reputation is at stake. We do not want to associate with mr. Patel’s venture

Sir, i have plethora of such facts to vindicate my stand. Bittu sharma of jungle adventures is yet another case in point who is still hoping to recover his dues from mr patel to the tune of approximately rs 12-15 lakh. Mr. Patel also used the contact of a senior journalist from network18 group (Cnbctv18) through me to tie-up with kodak as a camera partner recently. I was dubiously used by mr. Patel for forging the above deal and opening up several partnership opportunities such as bajaj allianz, sahara, resorts and adventure parks in mumbai.
