Weird Infrastructures Corporation — Payment of warrant cheque no. 655800 of 40,000 issued by w.I.L to sukhdeo singh

I had purchased 100 debentures costing rs 10, 000 /- for 95 months. After completion of 95 months i was to get rs 40, 000 /- and i was issued a warrant cheque of 40, 000/- by cheque no. 655800.

Redemption date was 27 feburary 2018. I deposited the cheque to bank of baroda, aurangabad, bihar to credit the amount in my account no. [protected] .

After few months cheque wad returned to me showing some reason . Bank official told me to contact the authorised signatories of the cheque then only amount will be credited to a/c.

I tried my best to contact the directors, authorised signatories and any officials of w.I.L but i could not contact any of them .

I sent application with all documnets to the directors of w.I.L by register post but the application was not received by officials and returned to me (stating left without instructions dated 25/06/2018) and again next application was returned by the officials by stating same as above on 31/07/2018. So far till date i didn't get any instructions from w.I.L officials.
Sir, i request you kindly to take necessary action for payment of 40, 000 + intersest amount with effect from (w.E.F) 28/02/2018(redumption date was 27/02/2018)
