Weis Online Shopping — franchise fraud (request for refund, but not response)

I have taken a franchise from weis on line shopping, indore. They sent an agreement letter and deposited the amounts of 10000. After giving the payments they are not responding, ignoring the calls, messages, whatsapp. Emails. I have sent an email for refund the amounts. Last 1 month ago. But still not response from weis online. They are doing fraud.
