Welding Shop — Noise of equipment and loud music

Dear Sir, I am Vijay and I am living in C-26-A, Shiv Vihar, Karala, Delhi. The shop is very near about my home and the person is very arrogant and mean. I talked lots of time but he didn't agree and the whole day he played loud music with work where he extracted air pollution and noise pollution by work. My mother's who is old and suffered for many diseases. My mother also told many times but this person didn't accepted request and he doesn't care of any person and daily played music and noise pollution. I request to you please take serious action against this person and seal the shop. Please do act as soon as possible. Thanks and regards.
