Welding Workshop — noise & air pollution

There is welding workshop in front of my house in the colony. We are getting too much disturbed in our study by the terrible noise created by iron cutting, grinding and beating.

Apart from this my father is asthma patient, he faces a lot due to the toxic smoke formed during their welding activities we all are getting physically & mentally disturbed because of the terrible continuous noise. We are continuously suffering from high blood pressure, nausea & stress and loosing healthy state of our life. Moreover, the workshop is illegal, they do not have any fire prevention gears and the shop is not registered, his workers do not use any safety gears during the working hours & continuously violate the sound & air pollution act, everything here is illegal.

I tried talking to them several times but his landlord uses dirty languages and says no matter what happens the shop will remain at the same location. We are dying daily, peace and harmony is no more left in our life. Almost every family including children in my building is suffering because of this illegal shop.

We reside in challera sector 44, noida, gautam buddha nagar (201301) which comes under the noida sector 39 police office.
Please help us.
