I would like to file a complaint against a loan application named “Well Money”, associated with Kemex NBFC, for harassment and unfair recovery practices.
I have taken a loan and I am willing to repay the amount. However, I am receiving continuous calls and WhatsApp messages from multiple unknown numbers, which is causing mental stress.
They have also contacted my reference numbers without my consent, disturbing my friends and family and violating my privacy.
I have received threatening messages indicating misuse of my personal information, which is highly unethical and against RBI guidelines.
I request you to kindly take necessary action against such practices and ensure that these harassment activities are stopped immediately.
