I approached Wellness Clinic on Jan 10, 2023, for a counseling session & made the payment Rs.1000 via gpay to their account. The session was rescheduled twice & it did not happen. When asked for a refund the representative told me that they will refund me and asked for gpay number. But post that I did not receive any refund from them. When I contacted them again she gave MD's number but he doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to calls/msgs. Attached are the transaction details and conversation with the representative.
