Title: Fraudulent Experience with Wellworn – Delivered Poor Quality Item & No Support
Complaint:
I ordered a product from Wellworn.shop (Order No. WW87824) on 19th April 2025. The website still shows the order as "Unpaid" and "Preparing, " yet I received the product via delivery.
Not only was the tracking and status completely inaccurate, but the item delivered is of very poor quality – nowhere close to what was advertised. To make things worse, there is no customer support, no return/exchange option, and no working contact details on their website.
This seems like a scam or at the very least a highly unprofessional operation. I demand a refund or proper resolution immediately.
If no response is provided, I will escalate this matter through consumer forums and payment gateways.
