WeReach Infotech — Fraudulent practice

Hi,

I had given my laptop for repair with wereach in december 2015.Initially they quoted a lower price for replacing the keyboard, however later they up the price by 30% however i went ahead with them thinking they were genuine people as they spoke in a professional manner.
Thats the end of good times for me with them. My keepboard started creating an issue in just a months time in jan 2016. I called them and told them the same and since it was under warranty they said they will look into it. They reverted stating the spare part is not available at this point and once it is they would replace it.
Every time i call the owner vijay reddy all he had to say was we are awaiting the spares but that never happened. It was past 5 months that they kept me waiting with the same excuse which now seemed pretty evident that they had no intention of replacing the keyboard or were trying to make more money out of me.
Finally i called urban clap who had referred them and it was then wereach agreed to take the laptop for repair. After followups done for over a week i get to know that i now need to pay them as its out of warranty. When i argued stating that the delay was from their side and not mine they refused to acknowledge which then i understood why they were not trying to repair the same during the warranty period.
Obviously if they did so then they would not be able to earn the extra bucks.
However when they delivered the laptop i realised my touchpad had stopped working and when i told them the same they were like we did not use it.

A real pathetic unprofessional and fraudulent company run by a fraudulent owner and no point in escalating the matter to him as he himself is the master mind there.

My recommendation is to stay away from such people and better to go for an authorised centre even though if it costs a few bucks more (In this case i am assuming it would have cost me less) as atleast they would not cheat you and avoid you the hassles and harassment.
My advice to everyone reading this post please stay away from wereach infotech and any other business run by this guy.
