West Bengal College Service Commission — money debited from my account but digital transaction was not done

Dear sir,
I submitted a digital transaction of rs 1005.00 through billdesk online payment for west bengal college service commission using my ubi debit card at 6:27 a. M on 31/08/2017. After getting the sms for otp, i i made the payment and i got the sms of debiting of rs 1005.00 from my account. But the transaction was not done as i can see in the relevant website that the payment stattus is showing "not paid". I am attaching photo of the screenshot.

Hence, i want a refund of the amount. For any further clarifications, please contact me.
