The students of techno international, batanagar are cheating in semester exams openly with question paper in hand using cell phones and there are no guards as well. They are just flying joke of the examination system of our university. We appeal to the wbut chairman to take a hard step on this college. They need to a special punishment. But my collage( techno Indian salt lake) didn't help me to print out admit card .for my exam
