Hello sir,
This to inform my grievance about my Birthday month offer.please nte down following points
1. I did not recieve my birthday month(April) offer message till April 25th .
2. So I went to the West side clothing Accessories Shop at Madiwala Check post Forum mall after My daughetr Entrance exam.
3. From the customer service Cell they give me a offer Code and told me at least I can use the same code till May 15 When I asked for it and also with min 1/2 hr time I spent.
4. then When I visited to the West Side Shopt at near my place 9White field) when I again got a free day and selected few cloths and taking other accesssories to went for billing All my effort fell vain as the shop people told code is not valid and used and also month over. here We mmmmme and 3 children waisted minimum 4 hrs.
Again I want to stress the point that This the max 1 day got in last 1 month time for relaxation for me kids due to my children entrance exam and other school exams.
SoHpe you could understood clearly my complaints and expecting a favorable response from your end .
