We have signed the membership with western holiday club pvt. Ltd. Mulund on dated 08.02.2017, i have paid rs 80000 membership fees and they have promised provide hotel worldwide anywhere but noting happen so far, i have done many follow up but there is no proper response from them and many time customer service phone number not in response. I also plan for vacation but i have not received any response from them.
I heard that the company is fraud. Even the request send from their website is not get responded and the number provided is not working.
They have provided me their new address which is don't know if exists.
