I have placed an order (Total amount sum up to rs. 1870/-) and was informed that my order will be delivered on 30th january 2019. But it has still not been delivered and i was not given any status of the order.
They have charged rs. 1870/- via internet banking. I find it very shocking that how such a renowned app like facebook can give ads of such a fake site. This site needs to be banned as fast as possible and the fraudulent which they have done to i guess many customers needs to be solved. They didn't give any invoice after mailing them they provided me the invoice which is been attached with this complain.
Also the payment gateway razor-pay screenshot is attached with the same.
Please kindly give some hope for resolving this problem.
