This is Fraud company and cheated us.
I would like to highlight the following concerns:
Lack of Communication: We were not informed that all coordination needs to be done through email, which has unnecessarily prolonged the process. Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient time to engage in extensive email correspondence.
Booking Delays: Despite being instructed to provide a two-day advance notice for bookings, it consistently takes 15-20 days to secure a reservation. Moreover, no one promptly follows up on our emails, leading to further delays and frustration.
Inadequate Relationship Manager (RM) Support: We were promised an individual Relationship Manager (RM) who would assist us regularly. However, our assigned RM does not respond adequately to our queries and concerns, leaving us without proper guidance and support.
Poor Customer Service: It is frustrating that your customer service team rarely answers calls promptly, forcing us to make multiple attempts. This inefficiency is a significant waste of our time and demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Limited Property Options: The available properties offered to us are severely limited, which greatly restricts our choices and diminishes the value of our membership.
Unpleasant 1st AMC Trip Experience: Our initial experience with 1st AMC trip was extremely distressing. Your staff member/RM neglected to follow up on our emails, confirmed the booking at the last minute, and eventually provided accommodation in a remote rural area after several discussions with the Senior Manager. This level of irresponsibility and miscommunication is unacceptable.
False Promises: Your Sales Representative promised a one-day stay with room decoration and a cake for our family members, including our 17-year-old and 5-year-old daughters, on a special occasion. However, no room decoration or cake was provided, and an additional charge of 1500/- was levied for our elder daughter, which was not communicated to us beforehand.
Misleading Discounts: We were assured a discounted food card that could be used at the properties, but none of the establishments accept this card. This discrepancy is misleading and has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
