I did a mistake, I purchased 5 years package and they promised to deliver 6 nights hotel reservation in best hotels each year.
However, I am in second year. It's just impossible to get any response from them for any booking. They would not book any hotel. They would not provide any available dates. They would not provide any answer over call. And they would just drag for ages instead of booking with irrelevant questions.
I am so much tired chasing them for any booking that I can't drop them more emails.
I feel I have lost my Rs.100000/- that I paid for this package.
I wish if you could bring this company to justice. There must be numerous poeple like me who are cought by this company fraud.
I can share all my details provide proofs as much as you require.
I am just a common man who don't know how to deal with these companies. I also swear never to fall prey to such contracts which promises services in future.
