I have placed an order for two products, lg tone wireless headset & mi 10, 400 mah power bank (Ref# s[protected] and 2 mi power banks of 10400mah each (Ref# s[protected] in a same order# s[protected], where i got delivered lg tone wireless headset & mi 10, 400 mah power bank (Ref# s[protected] only (Fake headset, not a lg). There is no information about 2 mi power banks of 10400mah each (Ref# s[protected], when i inquired the same with courier person he said they have received only one packet with order# s[protected]. This is the worst online purchase i have ever done. I had never paid for a product that i have never received. I'm really fed-up with a follow-up to them. When ever i call the customer service number it shows engaged tone and never reaches to anyone, also there is no response to several mails i sent to [protected]@whaaky.com.
