Formal Statement of Complaint Against Manish Sanjay Singh (Whalerwatt)
I am lodging a formal complaint against Manish Sanjay Singh, the owner of Whalerwatt, for fraudulent practices.
I booked a tour package through his company and paid a significant advance amount. Following the payment, Mr. Singh ceased all communication, refusing to answer my calls.
I subsequently discovered that the company operates under false pretenses:
• Fake Office Address: Whalerwatt provides a counterfeit office address in Mumbai (Andheri East). A physical visit confirms this address is fictitious.
• Widespread Fraud: Upon researching online after my loss, I found numerous reviews and reports indicating that Whalerwatt, under Manish Sanjay Singh's ownership, has defrauded multiple individuals using the same scheme.
• Deceptive Conduct: Mr. Singh gains a client’s trust only to stop responding as soon as a substantial payment is made. When questioned about his location, he often states he resides in Varanasi.
I have suffered a significant financial loss due to this fraud. I urge the appropriate state law enforcement agencies to immediately take legal action against Manish Sanjay Singh and his fraudulent agency, Whalerwatt. Was this information helpful? |
