Dear team,
I have order a wireless headphone on 10 july 2020 from "what to wear" website whose order no. Is en123319. As cod is not available so i have paid the payment via credit card of rs. 278/-. It was committed that product will deliver in 3-4 days but now it's 9 days and there is no update regarding my order. They have given contact no. [protected], but when i tried to contact them, the number is invalid.
I want to know when will this product deliver at my place. How can i track my product?
I feel cheated and become a victim of fraud as no update is available regarding order and no contact is established. I mailed them but no revert is given from company end. Kindly check and take appropriate action. I am also going to report an fir in police station and take legal action against company.
Aside to nch:
Kindly take the appropriate action as i have written to you earlier but still not getting revert from any side. Please help me and do the needful on utmost priority.
