Whatsapp — number has been banned without any reason

With reference to my whats app no. [protected ] and my gmail id isha. [protected]@gmail.com, i wish to state that my whats app account has been banned from 8/1/2019.

When i asked them for the reason they sent a message that they have no. Of complaints against me. But i havent done anything wrong. And i only use whatsapp for getting information or updates through group, as i am a research student so every information related to class or project or conference we get through whatsapp only.
They neither telling the reason nor unbanning the account.
Please help me as i am facing so many problems.

I have been using whats app messenger for social purpose and personal communication only. Not for any anti social work and violence.

Hence i request you to unban my account and enable services for communication purpose.
