Whatsapp — using my pictures in profile picture.

This number [protected] is using my pictures in profile picture and sending false messages to my parents and friends.. What should i do please help me by deactivating or permanently deleting this account. I have proof against it. I tried alot of things but there is no method of deleting the whatsapp account so what should i do for the same. Therefore requesting you to help me out
