[Resolved]  Whirlpool India - Water Purifiers — pathetic customer service, heights of humiliation

I have purchased whirlpool water purifier ro+uv+uf model on 20th may 2020.
After multiple chases, some one called me claiming that he is the area manager and promised to get it installed on 28th may 2020 before 11 am. I never expected that customer has to chase the company so many times are purchasing a product to get installed.
Technician came and installed it after 2 pm and waited for some time until tds came to normal and water is good to drink.
However, as soon as the tank got filled for the first time it started leaking. Continuous beeps irregularly. I called the technician immediately and he guided me to contact customer support.
When contacted customer support, below is the exact conversation happened.
As soon as the call got connected to an agent, first response
Agent: is your area in green zone.
Me: yes.
Agent: wait your complaint is getting registered
Me: you do not want to listen what happened and what is the issue
Agent: you will get sms wait.
Me: ok
Agent: you disconnect the call
Me: can i speak to your manager
Agent: no, not possible
Me: can i speak to any other member
Agent: no, not possible
Me: is there any one available to speak, escalation
Agent: no, not possible. You disconnect the call.

As i had no choice, i disconnected the call.
Tried several times after that again but call goes an agent who cannot even speak english and they cannot even transfer to any other person.
After multiple tries, got an agent who can speak english and she says the complaint is registered and confirmed my address. It takes 2 to 3 working days for the technician to attend it seems.

Until the technician comes, i have to keep listening to the beep sound if i need water to drink. If i power off the unit, i will not have water to drink.

Pathetic customer service. Heights of humiliation.
