Whisper Choice Ultra — plastic cover applied backside of pad

I'm using whiaper ultra by 9 years but by last 2-3 months i'm getting problem about the plastic cover which is applied on the back side of the pad which is applied by too much force so i can't remove it easily. Either it can not removable or if i force to remove it pad's back sticked with it and sometimes pad is crackdown at backside. So it can not be usable.
