Whisper Ultra — poor quality of packaging

I have been using whisper for almost 6 years now. There are 2 major problems that have developed with this product:

1. The outer plastic covering is becoming worse by the day. It is now a cheap, thin material that tears and sticks on the back of the pad when i try to remove it. This degradation of quality has been steady, and has now reached a peak, which prompted me to lodge this formal complaint.

2. Earlier, there was a difference in the colour of outer plastic of the 2 sizes of pads: l and xl. L was light green and xl was dark green. This made it easy to differentiate between the two. Now, both sizes have the same colour and cheap plastic.
