Hi,
I had submitted my suits for dry cleaning to white tiger drycleaners sector 29 noida, up, india.
At first my suits were not dry cleaned properly, the shop owner advised me to resubmit them again to white tiger for dry cleaner. The second time when i went to collect my suit, it was completely destroyed; the garment had lost it charm due to use of heavy chemical, the stains which were there earlier remained, the buttons of the suit went from black to white as the company used really strong chemical.
On raising this concern the management was completely clueless and irresponsible and gave me all kinds of excuses and refused to help.
I paid inr 700 rs for dry cleaning and got my clothes worth inr 15000 completely destroyed, neither my money was refunded and i was harassed.
Such people and companies in todays time should not function and made to take advantage of their customers. I am completely pissed and irritated with the attitude of the people managing the organization.
Store keeper and plant manager - mr. Satinder and mr. Gaurav - absolute # and should not be given the licenses to work and mis-treat their customer.
Absolut horror of an experience, never going back and using this forum to raise awareness and seeking damage control. Was this information helpful? |
