It’s a totally fraud company. I had sent all my household items and other valuables including an expensive piano and guitar from Gurgaon to Singapore more than two months back. They charged a hefty amount and ensured that all the items will be handled with extreme care. There is no way I can track my shipment. Neither are they responding to my calls, nor mails or messages, the toll free number doesn’t work too. Went to the address on the bill and found out that there’s no such courier office there. Pls guide what do I do next.
