The owner always neglects the problems and sleep with open eyes.
No working environment
No career growth
No stability
Seniors always on the hunt to put all blame on you and fire you from the company.
I gave my best in this company but in the end, I get depressed from all over culture in this company and never be change movements to make myself an un-skill worker category.
If you go to the Owner for a problem solution he laughs and says go back to work it will solve, and I asked how they said don't worry we replace you.

Deserve Rate outside this company I got - 24000
