Dear team
I had a loan amount of Rs 40000 and balance of Rs 2, 41897. I wanted to foreclose my loan. When I did the payment on 20 March, when i tried to make the payment, my first foreclosure amount transaction didn't reflect at first, then after trying for the second time, the transaction later showed two deductions for the said amount.
When i mailed them, they said within 14 days maximum they will refund, so far no refund has taken place. Their phone number and grievance team is defunct. Please help me to get the refund as soon as possible.
