Wider Infotech — at the time of payment they are refusing to pay

I have registered for the lavis plan in wider infotech located at sabarmari, ahmedabad. At the time of registration, ms. Jahnavi (Client) has informed me that out of 100%, you should get 65% of accuracy. But these all are illiterate and fraud people, who even can not calculate the percentage of accuracy. They only give the qc report of random 5 pages and calculate the whole work accuracy out of 100%. After completion of work, i asked for the payment, they refused to pay saying that your accuracy is below 65%. Even not returned the registration fees.

After that, i have mailed to wider infotech, but they are not responding. Even i have called lots of times but not receiving. I had tried so many times to meet physically at the office address, but refused to meet. Even they are not revert back of my mail.

I, priyank shah, has signed mutual agreement for freelance data transcription/typing work with wider infotech on 1st june, 2018. This agreement copy was sent by mail to me on 5th june, 2018 at 08:47 pm.in this agreement, the wider infotech is the 1st party and the 2nd party is mentioned as priyank shah (I. E. Myself).

Today, i received the accuracy report of first slot of project work in the evening via mail. The report was mentioned for only 5 pages of corrections.

But, in the agreement it is clearly mentioned the terms and conditions by the 2nd party that "total minimum accuracy required is 65% out of 100%. It is also mentioned in the percentage deductions for the errors out of 100% of each project (Each slot - 100 pages). (Refer agreement page no. 6)

Moreover, quality checking rules mentioned in the agreement, qc center will check random pages. If more than 35% mistakes are found in the work qc center will not be responsible for future checking of the same. So the business associate needs to check all the pages, correct all the mistakes provided in the report as well as found by himself/herself and submit the work.in the agreement duly signed by me at the time of registration of project, i am the 2nd party. (Refer agreement page no. 7)

Further, according to the qc report, if we calculate the percentage of deduction out of 100% (5 pages as per qc report) is 3.6787 and the accuracy is 96.3212.

In the agreement, it is clearly mentioned the deduction criteria for whole project work. But, only on basis of 5 pages, qc report shows more than 65% of mistakes that can not be covered in the deduction criteria of 100% accuracy of project work. I was also informed that after completion of first slot of work, the registration amount will be returned but that is also not transferred in to my account.*

Do not register or do any kind of work with this company. It is totally fraud. At the time of registration, they had informed that around 8000 persons are working and associated with our company. They also give the fake information.
