Wider Infotech Sabarmati — refusing to refund as well as payment

I visited many times and tried to connect to these numbers: [protected], [protected] registered as fraud on consumer forum. This company even dosent know that percentage is icalculated out of 100%. You can see the attachment of agreement, every mistake, they are calculating out of 100%, means 8 mistakes equals to 800%. Is it possible? We all know very well that percentage are ranging from 0 to 100.

Today, i met with ms. Janhvy, (At time of registration i was informed that she is head of this company). I explained again further to check the calculation but she only explained the terms and conditions of agreement. You can check the terms and conditions in which percentage of accuracy is calculated out of 100%, means a whole project. But, at a time of payment, they are calculating 5 or 10 pages in which mistakes are more than 65%. But if we calculate 5 pages out of 100, the accuracy will be generated on basis of 5 pages. But, wider infotech is saying that each mistake, the errors will be calculated from out of 100%, means 10 types of errors equal to 1000%. Is it possible? I specially met with the executives and taught how the percentage is calculated, but they are showing only agreement letter, that itself shown, percentage calculation is wrong.

Many times, i have visited for the payment of work, even today same issue was raised by the person, named parth prajapati, contact number [protected], he is a student. He is also facing same problem of refusing payment. He requested many times for only to return the registration fee, but the company denied.

The other number given by company named rutu, [protected]. This company says that she is owner of wider infotech, but when i called so may times (Even janhvi has told that i tried 13 times, but she is not receiving my phone calls), she refused to meet me. The same story, explained to all these guys that percentage deduction will be out of 100%. But they are not able to prove stated in the agreement and refusing the payment.

This company is definitely a fraud company because this company is not providing the owner name and details of company registration. Company is rented and not even providing visiting card, too. There is no such sign board of wider infotech situated at 4th floor, 409, shukan mall, near visat petrol pump, chandkheda.

My request to you, that do the needful so i and so many persons, facing the problems, would be have trust on government. There are lots of complaints registered on consumer forum.

Request to take immediate action and help us to refund the registration fee as well as amount of work that we have done.
