I booked a EKViRA TOWER fan from Widespread Appliances Pvt. Ltd. on 02/11/2014. I got the delivery on 10th nov, 2014. It worked great till 13 oct 2014. and I call you 15 oct 2015 this regarding fan problem.Then they started giving the reasons like there are no service person available right now ( executive Name :- Pooja Thorat). you have not send the engg. 2 nd time 26.10.2015 i will call you speak Mr. Dhananjay send Mech. 1 to 2nd Nov 2015. They said they will send the service person after a week or so as they don't have any service person right now. & this time Not responding yours phones. I will call 3 times.not respond any call. number is switch off.
