Widget Rex — product totally different from the one ordered

I oredered a smart watch from www.widgetrex.com and the watch i received is totally different from the one i wanted n shown on the website.
The contact number ([protected]) mentioned on the website for complaints and replacement is also not working. I want full refund for this product as this is not satisfy the needs mentioned. The email id mentioned on the website is also not valid and mails can not be send on that email id.
