Wildcraft India Limited — Shoes replacement in warranty

I have recently purchased a new pair of wildcraft shoes (Tera Pro MA - UK7) in last week of March.
I used it only for 5-6 days and the side leather was torn.
I am very disappointed to see such bad quality of wildcraft shoes.
I register a compliant at the Wildcraft store at The Millennia Mall, Wakad, Pune. I request for replacement/refund as its was only 20 days after purchasing the shoes and shoes are under warranty.
the request was cancelled by Wildcraft store on 17/04/2025.
Product is still under warranty. After purchasing Rs. 5999/- shoes and torn within few days its very disappointing and misguiding for consumers.
