Wilka.com — I ordered some product but I got wrong product.

I ordered kurtis in wilka.com website but i got one cheap saree it's useless saree. I want to return back that and I want money back otherwise any good product I want. I want to complain them but they gave me only 9 digit number that's y I gone through this. Pls help as much as possible.I have ordered a long kutti combo 3 but i received a worst used product (Saree) they cheated me its worth rs.1089 but i am trying to return but there is no such kind of options available so please help me to return my money it's not small amount
