I, dilip debnath, mob no. [protected], purchased a black jeans trouser from the wills lifestyle shop at shakespeare sarani, kolkata-700017 but while wearing for the first time found the chain was not working properly. I returned the trouser for its repair which was delivered to me after 03 days seemingly attending the defect. Surprisingly and to my utter disgust the defect remained status quo. I have slapped the inferior quality trouser to the shop on 19.10.2019 being beyond business ethics. Was this information helpful? |
