Placed an online order on 15th sep2015 order ID[protected] of 4 shirts from will lifestyle on http://www.shopwillslifestyle.com/, Receieved an email for confirmation after that there is no response either by mail or phone about the package.I called up on 18th, 19th but it kept me on hold for almost 15 -20 mins.Finally on 21st again after calling up and waiting for long I wrote an email on 21st to know the status of my order.I get a call in the afternoon that what you had ordered is out of stock and we will refund your money.she did not give any other options that could have worked out which has been mentioned on the website mentioned below

However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.)Out of the four shirts i can still see some online.None of the executives called me up within 2 days that it was out of stock then why all of a sudden when i asked the status it was out of stock.
