Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited — Refund

I fell for the lucrative flight fare offered by travolook and instantly booked my flight ticket for Mumbai to Raipur with Travolook REF[protected] on 02 March 2022. I made my online payment, got the msg from the bank for the money being deducted from my account and the next moment Travolook sent me a message that the ticket was cancelled by giving a reason of "fare expiration". I was zapped... Further on the same day I contacted Travolook customer support at[protected] and one of the executive informed me that the refund shall be credited within 7 working days to my credit card account, but unfortunately till today the amount of Rs.4121.00 has not been credited to my account. Itz been a month that I m chasing refund of my hard earned money. On reading the reviews of Travolook l understood that this is a fraud company and well known for such mishaps. Still I would request interference of senior executive of Travolook to look into the matter and take initiative to refund my hard earned money. I am tried of calling the customer support and writing mails to your executives. Refund my money at the earliest and stop such unfair practices.
