Winifi Solution — Registration cancel

I have registered to winifi solution today and they told me that once login I'd and password is generated, i can't cancel it otherwise I have to pay 6300 amount, but i contacted them to cancel before creating my login I'd and password, but they are asking for 6300 amount for reg cancellation. But they didn't inform me about that before now they are making false allegation and behaving badly.
